We adopt a ‘hands-on, value-add’ approach to asset management, initially through a thorough understanding of local markets and the needs of our occupiers.  We follow this through to delivering what our tenants require and, through a proactive approach, seek to retain customer loyalty within our properties.

Often running various strategies on a property at the same time, we are adaptable to market changes and occupiers’ circumstances, maximising value enhancement and price on exit.

We focus on cash flow first, looking beyond bricks and mortar.  We understand all aspects of managing real estate for our clients and our tenants.  From tenant liaison to lease regears, rent reviews and lease renewals; to dilapidations, refurbishment and redevelopment; to planning applications for change of use – Ediston delivers all aspects with the objective of delivering value improvement.

Where we require external support on rent reviews, lettings, lease renewals or design and refurbishment, we work as a team with ‘best-in-class’ consultants to implement our strategy.
