We focus on identifying assets where we can exploit market mispricing, principally through targeting ‘prime located’ property but which, for specific reasons, has low demand and poor liquidity and that requires proactive asset management to re-position and  improve the asset to institutional quality.

Our approach to investing encompasses a clear understanding of the macro-environment, followed by sound research of the supply and demand fundamentals of local markets to create a business plan with a detailed financial appraisal of cash flow.

The recurring theme of our purchasing track record is acquiring non-institutional assets at a discount to market and repositioning them to Institutional quality where demand – and thus liquidity – is strongest.
