Clydebuilt LP seized the opportunity to acquire, on an off market basis, a 120,000 sq ft industrial unit in Eurocentral, Scotland’s prime distribution and logistics location. The purchase price was £3.81 million / 6.76% NIY, which in the context of an extremely keen industrial market, provides great value for the Partnership.
The unit is let to Morrisons plc and the wider site has potential for the Partnership to develop out a further unit with Morrison’s cooperation. The investment has multiple options for Clydebuilt to make the most of their first foray in to the industrial sector.
