Works completed on programme in January 2017, leaving a cleared site ready for future development. Ediston are developing a number of potential options which will be brought forward during 2017.
East Kilbride offices demolished
A contract with a value of £450,000 was placed by the Ediston Opportunity Fund in September 2016 with Kinetic Demolition to demolish the former South Lanarkshire Council office, Atholl House, in East Kilbride.
