Unit 18 is the centre unit within a new terrace comprising 3 units in total, constructed by Ediston Opportunity Fund in 2016. The other units have been let to Marks and Spencer Plc, and Tapi Carpets and Floors Limited. The unit currently measures just over 10,300 sq. ft. in size and will therefore be extended in size to accommodate the B&M Retail Limited requirement. An application for planning consent to extend the unit has been lodged with South Ayrshire Council and it is hoped to start construction work on the extension in spring 2017.
This latest tenancy agreement will further strengthen the current mix of retailers, providing increased variety for customers of the retail park, while also creating a welcome employment boost for the South Ayrshire area.
