In addition to the internal sub-division works, works have also been completed to over-clad the original frontage, create new glazed shop-fronts and signage zones, and to resurface the perimeter hard-standings and service areas. A new 4,000 sq. ft. retail unit has also been constructed as an extension to the existing retail terrace.
