Ediston Real Estate, on behalf of West Register (Realisations) Ltd, obtained detailed planning permission on the 25th June 2014 for a mixed use, retail and residential development at Chesser, West Edinburgh.
Pre-lets for the retail accommodation, totalling 58,500 sq. ft. have been secured with M&S Simply Food, Aldi, Home Bargains and Costa Coffee. The residential site will provide a mix of private and mid-market rental apartments.
The combined development is due to commence onsite in Q4 2014.
