Ediston Real Estate and Europa Capital have completed the letting of 20,521 sq. ft. at Phoenix, Reading to Xafinity Consulting, one of the UK’s leading specialists in pensions and employee benefits.
The deal is the largest letting to take place in the centre of Reading this year.
Xafinity is the second company to take space in the building, following the letting to Samsung, and has agreed a new 10 year lease for the entire second and third floors at an average rental of £25.50 per sq. ft.
