Terms have been agreed with Costa Coffee for the kiosk and the 16,000 sq. ft. leisure space at 1st floor level has been pre-let to Pure Gym. Two new open Class 1 ground floor retail units extending to 16,000 sq. ft. will also be provided and are available to let on the open market.
Planning permission was granted in July 2014, with a start on site anticipated in 2015.
