The works to replace the central plant, lifts and create the new entrance, reception and common parts are all now complete and have delivered an outstanding high quality working environment for the tenants including Weightmans, AXA and Baker Tilly.
Works are ongoing to refit the 7th, 8th and 9th office floors to a Grade A standard and are due to complete at the end of October 2014. The completed floors will be formally launched to the market on 13th November 2014 and there is already good interest from prospective tenants.
